I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California in Adult Mental Health and Wellness. I contributed to various non-profit organizations, specializing in geriatric healthcare and individual psychotherapy. I am a strong advocate for social justice and equity, advocating for marginalized populations and those in need. I envision a community where mental health is

I believe in a person-centered approach to psychotherapy. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential. I integrate evidence-based techniques with personalized care including music, art, mindfulness, and somatic processing tailoring interventions to meet specific needs and goals of each client. My mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and cultivate resilience.
