Practice Philosophy

My practice philosophy is person-centered and tailored to each set of life experiences and perspective. As your clinician, I am there to support your healing process and create a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings. Therapy is a powerful tool to help understand your past and identify current stressors and patterns. I believe that each individual is resilient and capable of personal growth. I utilize evidence-based practice and strengths-based perspective to promote a healing environment with compassion and empathy. My practice is guided by the client to focus on your clinical goals.
