Biography

I went into nursing because I wanted to be able to help patients in all aspects if their health and be able to educate them on disease prevention. I started my nursing career in 2009. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nursing from California State University, Fullerton and worked as a critical care nurse for over 10 years. In 2018, I graduated from Samuel Merritt University with a Master’s of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Practice Philosophy

I feel privileged to have experienced both acute care, as a bedside nurse and now, community care as a nurse practitioner. I feel passionate about providing patients with education and resources, so that they may feel in control of their health and better prepared to manage and prevent illness.
