Biography

I graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelors of Social Work. I then obtained my Master of Social Work at Augsburg University in Minnesota with a concentration in Multicultural Clinical Practice. I have worked in a variety of settings such as in-home, group-home, schools, medical clinics, and social service agencies. Thus, I have been privileged with serving people of all ages and backgrounds.

 

Practice Philosophy

My sessions are guided by the needs, circumstance, and therapeutic goals of each individual. I incorporate a variety of evidence based treatments to provide the most effective care available. I focus on an individual’s strengths and resilience in guiding them towards personal growth. I am committed to treating each client with empathy, respect, and acceptance.
