I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSU East Bay and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. As an indigenous and intersectionalist ecofeminist, it is my mission is to provide individuals and youth specialized treatment with a focus on racial identity, cultural empathy, support with ancestral/intergenerational trauma, and mental health recovery as a committed ally to human rights and the issues of social/racial justice, equity, and equality for all.
I enjoy creating an emotionally safe space for care from a strengths-based, humanistic, and person-centered lens to support creating treatment goals that feel like the right fit for you! I love to integrate music, humor, art, gentle movement, and somatic processing approaches during care to support self-empowerment and self-awareness building
