Diana Pajongvirotjanasakul

Biography

I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, before pursuing my Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. I then had the privilege of completing a one-year neuro-optometric rehabilitation residency at the State University of New York’s College of Optometry, where I focused on helping patients recover from a variety of acquired brain injuries.

 

Practice Philosophy

My practice philosophy centers on treating each patient like family. I believe that every person is unique, and so is their healthcare journey. I take the time to understand each individual’s needs, concerns, and goals in order to provide personalized, compassionate care. Whether it’s helping someone adjust to new prescription glasses or managing more complex conditions, my approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. I strive to build lasting relationships with my patients, guiding them through their care with respect, patience, and a focus on their well-being.​

Ansari Shora

Biography
I immigrated to the U.S. at the age of six and grew up in Southern California. After earning a BS and MS in pharmacological chemistry from UC San Diego, I worked for several years in the pharmaceutical research industry before pursuing my passion in optometry. I graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2011 and spent over a decade seeing patients in private practice and co-management settings, specializing in specialty contact lens fittings. I currently serve as an assistant professor and an attending for the optometry clinic at the Hurtt Family Health Clinic in Tustin.

 

Practice Philosophy
As an optometrist, my philosophy of care is grounded in prevention and early detection. I believe that maintaining healthy vision begins long before symptoms appear. By prioritizing regular, comprehensive eye examinations and utilizing the latest diagnostic technology, I aim to identify risk factors and signs of disease at the earliest possible stage. Through personalized care plans, patient-centered communication, and collaboration with other healthcare providers, I strive to empower patients to take an active role in protecting their sight.
